This is a four level pyramid. In it we can see which food we need to eat daily and in what amounts. At the bottom of the pyramid we find the carbohydrates. It shows that we should eat more carbohydrates per day than anything else. We have to eat vegetables and fruit too, but in a lesser queantity than food from the first group and in larger amounts than the proteins. The smallesst amounts should be from the fats, oils and sweets group, which we should only consume occasionally. By stablishing these nutritional habits our life would become healthier.
